This role will support the People Experience Team with varying administration tasks but will also have a key focus on our Apprenticeship program. Key responsibilities will include;Coordinate apprenticeship requirements including training email inbox, onboarding, milestone management, offboarding, processing of apprentice fees and claims, training requirements and apprentice enquiries.Support the day-to-day WHS requirements and administration as requiredAssist with HR data entry and document filing requirements where required.Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration and activities in SharePoint and the HRIS System (Workforce Ready).General HR administration duties and projects as delegated by Head of Human Resources, for example payroll administration, or coverage for a team member on leave.ABOUT YOUThis role will suit someone who is a team player and keen to learn. You will be, highly organised with great attention to detail, have strong administration skills and be happy performing data entry tasks.
