Key responsibilities:
1. Proficient in audit techniques, sampling methods, and risk assessment procedures
2. Ability to analyse financial statements for accuracy, completeness and compliance with Strata legislation
3. Familiarity with strata legislation and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction, as these often dictate financial reporting requirements
