This is a Permanent Part Time appointment for 38 hours per fortnight or Fixed Term Part Time appointment for 38 hours per fortnight for 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Fremantle Hospital Mental Health department is currently seeking an Administrative Secretary to ensure efficient operation of a busy office. We are looking for someone with significant administrative and secretarial experience.

The Administrative Secretary provides a comprehensive and confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Service Program Managers, Nursing Coordinator Mental Health, Head of Service and Service Director (when required) of the Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service.

Responsibilities
* Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to designated managers and leaders within the Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service.
* Support the operation of a busy office, contributing to efficient workflow and communications.
