PeopleSoft Functional Analyst / PeopleSoft Developer Adelaide | Hybrid (Minimum 2 days onsite) Contract – 5 to 6 months Multiple Positions Available
Are you an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst or Developer looking for your next high‐impact contract? We are seeking seasoned PeopleSoft specialists to support a major Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) environment uplift, working within a collaborative IT delivery team. About the Role
You will be responsible for providing both functional and/or technical support across PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, ensuring stability, optimisation, integration, and continuous improvement of business‐critical finance systems. You will work closely with IT, finance stakeholders, business teams, and technical specialists to deliver configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
* Provide functional support and troubleshooting across core PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules
* Perform system configuration, data/process analysis, testing, and validation
* Support enhancements, upgrades, and business‐led functional changes
* Work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high‐quality solutions
* Conduct end‐to‐end testing across releases and functional changes
(if applying as Developer)
Technical/Developer Responsibilities
* Develop integrations using PeopleTools 8.60+, REST APIs, and Integration Broker
* Build and maintain PeopleSoft customisations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements
* Perform technical design, unit testing, debugging, and deployment
* Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end‐to‐end solutions
What You'll Bring
Essential
* 5+ years' experience working with the PeopleSoft platform
* Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
* Expertise in PeopleTools 8.60 or above
* Hands‐on experience with functional support, configuration, testing, and issue resolution
* For Developers: experience with Integration Broker + REST API development
Desirable
* Experience in complex or enterprise‐scale environments
* Higher Education exposure (advantageous but not required)
* Familiarity with Xetta or Kofax
* Experience with Agile / SCRUM frameworks
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Working Conditions
* Hybrid working with minimum 2 days onsite per week
* Full‐time 40‐hour week
* Ability to use your own laptop/device
* Occasional after‐hours or weekend work may be required
* Mandatory shutdown period applies during December–January

Casual Loading
