About the Role
We're on the hunt for a driven and guest-focused Contact Centre Sales Agent to join our team in our Bondi Junction office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and know how to turn enquiries into unforgettable travel experiences, this could be your next big adventure.
What you'll be doing
* Recommend and upsell our full range of travel products, including Guided Holidays, Inspiring Journeys, Short Breaks, and Day Tours.
* Offer guests end-to-end travel solutions, from accommodation and insurance to flights and rail.
* Build rapport and trust with every guest you speak to.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets.
* Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and booking platforms to manage guest details and track leads.
About you
* Solid understanding of the sales cycle and a track record of meeting KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with solid follow-up skills.
* Guest-focused, confident and driven by results.
* Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand destinations.
* Available to work a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturdays.
