What is our Coordinator of Nursing Role?

The Coordinator of Nursing provides strong professional and operational leadership across nursing and multidisciplinary teams within the specialty area and service. The role is responsible for promoting and sustaining high standards of patient care, quality, and safety. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, the Coordinator partners with clinical and non‐clinical stakeholders to support day‐to‐day operations, proactively identify and manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. In collaboration with direct reports, the position oversees the effective management of human, financial, and physical resources within the specialty or service area, ensuring service delivery aligns with organisational policies, strategic objectives, and the values of the Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).
