Overview: We are seeking an experienced cafe manager to lead our new cafe launch in Burwood, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, customer service and team leadership. They will also manage stock, suppliers and compliance, as well as drive sales and showcase our products through cafe retail and menu integration. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe * Lead a high-performing team of hospitality professionals * Analyse sales data to inform business decisions * Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all aspects of the business Required Skills & Qualifications: 1.
