The Inside Sales Representative will assist in becoming the key contact to their accounts for all issues or requests that may arise. The Inside Sales Representative will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide insight into sales campaigns for focused accounts along with company-wide campaigns. This role will work closely with the Inside Sales Team in supporting the cash-to-invoice cycle along with the Operations Team.ThinkOn is a remote-first organization. Please apply for this Melbourne based role via our careers page located here: https://www.thinkon.com/careersYou Will:Maintain communication and touch points with focus accounts at least twice per monthUpdated and maintain our internal CRM/Order SystemSupport Channel Partners quoting, order processing, Compass knowledge, transactions & updates, and prepare responses on information requestsIndependently assess opportunities and build quotations that are optimized to ensure the ThinkOn Service quoted is accurate and aligns with the customer needKnowledge expert on all Quote to Cash processes with our Partner ecosystemWork with Operations to make sure orders are meeting proposed timelinesAssist partners with sales calls into their customer baseProvide monthly funnel updates and forecastingExecute sale call campaigns for specific services/productsHandle outside roles like conferences, customer meetings, and presentationsAssist with preparation of large RFP/Tender opportunitiesWork with current and future vendors of ThinkOnAttend Channel Partner Vendor Desk locations on a weekly basisBe flexible in relation to global time zones when requiredA global summit is held in Canada annually and the ISR maybe required to attendOther duties as requiredYou Have:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentKnowledge of Enterprise (Business) Technology preferredSales or Customer Service ExperienceExperience with building PowerPoint presentations and working with ExcelGreat attention to detail and accuracyStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsWillingness to learn new technologies and stay up to date on technology trendsStrong problem analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a rapidly evolving workforceStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience and or an understanding in Cloud Services including BaaS, DRaaS and IaaS will be highly regardedBase Salary Range:$80,000-90,000 AUDCommission Split:70/30Total OTE Range:$115,000-125,000 AUDBenefits and Perks:A remote-first cultureCompetitive compensation packageFlexible time-off for vacation, plus illness & personal daysAbout ThinkOn Inc. | Where Data Thrives:Founded in 2013, ThinkOn is a managed infrastructure services provider (MISP) with a global data center footprint, focused on empowering partners to do whatever they need to do with their data.
