Ongoing permanent Site Manager in the Western Suburbs Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 Company: This commercial builder is best known for their construction of Commercial, Industrial, Retail, FMCG and more sectors across Melbourne & regional Victoria. This business is a stable, reputable Contractor, with excellent staff retention and a strong, sustainable pipeline of projects. Role: Joining the business as an experienced Site Manager, you will be required to manage the construction of a brand new industrial facility in the Geelong region. You will be responsible for the following: Lead onsite activities from site setup to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. Supervise diverse subcontractor teams, fostering a productive and collaborative onsite environment. Monitor and accelerate construction schedules to meet or exceed rigorous project deadlines. Champion a "safety-first" culture by maintaining strict site compliance and risk management protocols. Manage rigorous quality inspections and the seamless transition of assets during the final handover phase. Act as a key liaison between onsite operations and the project management office to ensure delivery excellence.
