As a key member of our dedicated Procurement Team, you'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiencies and elevate service levels across a diverse range of products and services.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Acting as the trusted point of contact for stakeholders to source appropriate products and services that align with Peninsula's policies and compliance standards
* Evaluating supplier quotes and ensuring the right products and services are secured at competitive prices
* Using your commercial acumen to position Peninsula as the preferred customer among suppliers.
* Assessing contract risks and monitoring service level quality to protect Peninsula & our associate entities interests
* Managing budgets to maintain financial discipline
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles
* Exposure to multiple categories, including Fleet Management, Travel, and IT
* Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Proven experience partnering with finance teams—understanding budgets, invoice management, purchase orders, and obtaining quotes
* A valid driver's license is essential
