About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and reception support, including calls, emails, and enquiries.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
* Manage bookings, tenancy processes, and maintain accurate property records.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and assist with community engagement activities.
About You
* Minimum 12 months office administration experience.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
* Confident multitasking and working independently with attention to detail.
