About the Role
As General Manager, you will have full accountability for the leadership, performance and culture of the home.
You Will
- Lead the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care on a 24/7 basis
- Create a safe, compliant and high-performing environment aligned to the Aged Care Act and standards
- Build capability across your team through coaching, feedback and performance management
- Drive strong commercial outcomes including occupancy, funding, labour management and overall financial performance
- Use data, insights and quality frameworks to continuously improve care, safety and operational performance
- Strengthen resident and family engagement to enhance experience and outcomes
What You'll Bring
- Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a regulated service environment
- Proven ability to lead, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, occupancy and performance delivery
- Sound knowledge of aged care funding, compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
