Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert surgical services, participating in clinical governance, and contributing to the development of our team's expertise.
The successful applicant will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. They will also possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for their colleagues and patients.
As a senior surgeon, you will play a significant role in mentoring junior staff, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new procedures and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Advanced medical degree in Plastic Surgery or related field
* Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Completion of advanced training program in Plastic Surgery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
