ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Nurse Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing unit operations, driving patient safety and care excellence;
* Managing performance across key areas – patient safety, quality, financials, and operations;
* Implementing safety frameworks and improving patient outcomes;
* Providing leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
REQUIREMENTS
* Registration with AHPRA;
* Proven leadership experience in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical care;
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving quality and performance outcomes;
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult, guide and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve department objectives;
* Tech Savy: High computer literacy, especially in MS Office.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in Perth, is a 224-bed private facility that provides Acute Surgical, Medical and Rehabilitation, and Coronary and Intensive Care Services. The Operating Theatre department consists of 10 theatres (including a Hybrid) covering a range of specialities, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, general, vascular, and plastic reconstructive surgery.
