Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team in a progressive and expanding dealership.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic manager to take ownership of our service department and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing GSI levels, profitability, and costs while ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the service team with a dedicated service advisor and experienced technicians
* Mentor the team to encourage high employee engagement
* Implement changes to drive business growth and improve KPIs
* Manage GSI levels, profitability, and costs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
* The ability to take initiative and problem-solve
* Previous service management experience within an automotive dealership
* Previous Toyota or Mazda Dealership experience is desirable
