Sharp Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Diagnostic Technician to take on a leadership role in our Tweed Heads dealership as Foreman.
** Sign-on package available — negotiable up to $10,000 based on experience and qualifications, or relocation assistance for the right candidate **

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure adherence to all dealership operating procedures, setting the standard for your team and leading by example.
* Stay current with factory technical updates and guide your team in applying new knowledge and best practices.
* Oversee diagnostic work and provide technical expertise across all vehicle systems
* Lead and support technicians and apprentices, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient turnaround times
* Mentor and guide apprentices through manufacturer training programs
* Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified Automotive Technician (Light Vehicle) with proven experience in diagnostics and complex repairs
* Previous leadership or foreman experience in a new car dealership or passenger car/light commercial vehicle service operation is essential.
* Some franchise dealership experience is an advantage (but not essential), even better if you are familiar with Suzuki, Kia, Mahindra, Chery, Renault, GMSV & Holden
* Strong multitasking abilities and leadership skills
* Valid Australian manual driver's license
