About the Role
We are hiring for our BPO client in Melbourne. We are seeking an accomplished
Sales Director
to drive net new business across the ANZ region. The role requires a proven track record in BPO/BPM sales, with a focus on
new business development, strategic growth, and C-level relationship building
across industries like BFSI, Healthcare, and Utilities. This will be an individual contributor role responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle from
prospecting through to deal closure

* Develop and execute
scalable sales strategies
aligned with business growth goals.
* Build and nurture relationships with
senior executives and C-suite stakeholders
.
* Create and present compelling
value propositions and tailored business solutions

* Negotiate and close
long-term BPO contracts
with major clients.
* Build strategic accounts and business plans to drive revenue growth.
Required Experience & Skills
* 10+ years of proven BPO/BPM sales experience
with consistent target achievement.
* Strong
industry network
and established relationships with decision-makers.
* Expertise in
outsourced solutions, proposal writing, and RFP management
.
* Excellent
presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
at the executive level.
* Solid experience in
managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-scale accounts
.
* Bachelor's degree (minimum); ability to
collaborate cross-functionally
and lead initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to
develop strategic proposals
and see them through to execution.
* Proven track record of
B2B sales success
, ideally in sectors such as BFSI, Utilities, and Healthcare.
