Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse
You'll deliver high quality nursing care for residents by:
* Observing, monitoring and interpreting symptoms and changes of residents
* Administering schedule 2, 3 and 4 medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
* Contributing to the formulation and implementation of care plans
* Assisting in the orientation of new staff
* Undertaking procedures within the scope of knowledge and ability
* Supporting other members of the nursing staff and Allied Health Team
What We're Looking For
* Current Enrolled Nurse Certificate with the Queensland Nursing Council with endorsement for Medication
* Minimum of 1 year's experience
* Availability to work night shift
* Ability to provide high level nursing care within the Endorsed "Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice"
* Experience with Nursing Care Plans and other care documentation
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
