What you'll do:
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support our enabling functions.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Enabling Functions, this role plays a key part in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, analysis, and guidance that enable effective planning and execution.
In this role, you'll:
Partner with leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
Build and review business cases for key initiatives and projects
Deliver clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders
Support large-scale transformation programs and drive process improvements
Collaborate with offshore team members to ensure high-quality outputs

What you'll bring:
Minimum 5 years of business partnering experience, with expertise in FMCG, Retail, or pharmaceutical sectors
Extensive background in management accounting, performance management, reporting, business planning, and budgeting
Advanced Excel proficiency and extensive experience in financial modelling with large datasets; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, Power BI)
Proven ability to navigate and handle complexity in a lean and dynamic environment
Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases
Demonstrated success in developing effective partnerships between support and business functions
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline, with CPA/CA qualification
