Job Summary:
This role involves leading the development and implementation of engaging programs for primary-aged children in an Outside School Hours Care setting. The position requires managing a service team to deliver high-quality programs, developing and leading activities that cater to kids' needs, and progressing into a leadership role by taking on additional responsibilities.
