We are currently seeking a Spray Painter to join our team at our Withcott branch.
About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, repairing and painting a range of heavy equipment to a high standard. You'll play a key role in maintaining the presentation and quality of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Surface preparation, metal repairs and refinishing
* Spray painting of heavy machinery and components
* Sandblasting and rust treatment
* Panel removal, repair and refitting
* Application and replacement of decals
* Maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
* Completing job records and documentation accurately
Requirements:
* Trade qualified Spray Painter
* Experience with earthmoving or heavy equipment (highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
* Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
