The Role
BL3 is looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join the team. In this role, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks including:
- coordinating reception and office operations e.g. correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping;
- phone calls, correspondence and inquiries;
- deliver exceptional service to a diverse range of clients;
- ensure office standards are maintained; and
- collaborate with others to enhance workflow efficiency.
About You
To be successful for this role you will:
- have completed Year 12 (or equivalent);
- be organised, have attention to detail-oriented, and be tech-savvy;
- enjoy client interactions and working with people;
- Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- bring a positive attitude and be keen to learn.
