What the role is all about:
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you're the all-star of our business. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be the first point of call for our clients and will work with teams across multiple departments.
You will liaise with clients to book, manage, and close out jobs for all Urban Angles products and services.
Problem-solving, coordinating high-volume workflow, and setting expectations to deliver the ultimate customer experience for our industry-leading clientele will all form part of your day.
