Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Support customers with enquiries or issues (e.g., website navigation, process assistance, current market conditions, company announcements, account changes).
Support placing, amending, and cancelling trades on the ASX/Cboe.
Educate customers on share trading mechanics and associated processes.
Assist customers with submitting applications.
Track client requests sent to the Operations team and follow up on pending issues.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver expert solutions and add value to the customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Identify and escalade risks and issues in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our clients' experience.
Experience in a contact centre or financial markets/services industry (not essential).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A collaborative mindset.
Risk mindset – proactively identify, understand and act on risks.
Tertiary related qualifications in a business-related discipline (not essential).
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced organisation.
