* Proactively manage and develop a diverse portfolio of agribusiness relationships and commercial lending, providing expert financial advice and integrated solutions to support business growth.
* Drive portfolio growth through effective relationship management, acquisition of new customers, and strategic expense management.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, industry trends, and challenges, helping them make informed financial decisions.
* Utilize your in-depth knowledge of pre-farmgate and post-farmgate markets to build strong networks and expand business opportunities.
* Ensure a high standard of credit quality across the portfolio by identifying and managing credit risk effectively.
