The Location
Raffles – a 95‑bed residential aged‑care facility located near the beaches of the Southern Gold Coast. Close to several shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants and a vast range of health and community services.
The Role
Bolton Clarke Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
* Providing and monitoring the care of residents
* Using a systematic approach to clinical decision‑making
* Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
* Collaborating with the health‑care team to achieve resident outcomes
* Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
* Valid working rights in Australia (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate)
* NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
