Salary range: $72,000 - $75,000 per year.

Roles and Requirements
1. Ensure all meals are cooked according to the venue's recipes and plating guides, served on time, and of the highest quality.
2. Allocate staff to sections and secondary duties during shifts, managing general kitchen operations alongside the head chef.
3. Maintain a safe, hygienic kitchen environment adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness standards, and ensure staff follow cleaning protocols.
4. Demonstrate competency in all technical aspects of cooking, including grilling, frying, and preparing meat, seafood, and poultry.
5. Participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items, paying attention to detail and standards across all kitchen stations (prep, fry, grill, line, salad, dessert).
6. Keep the kitchen and stock areas clean and organized.
7. Follow Occupational Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
8. Maintain kitchen cleanliness to The Sporting Globe standards.
9. Hold a Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Kitchen Management, Commercial Cookery, or similar, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
