This is a casual employment position (not a subcontractor role), suited to therapists who value strong communication, teamwork, and collaborative, long-term client care — not one-off treatments.

About the role
You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver personalised remedial massage treatments while contributing to ongoing treatment plans that evolve with each client's progress.
This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy collaborating, learning, and refining their skills in a professional environment.

About you
* Diploma of Remedial Massage (or students nearly completing course, welcome)
* Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively — internally and with clients
* Interest in learning Japanese wellness culture and professional standards
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
