**How will I help?**
As the Workforce Manager you will maintain a high level of engagement with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the workforce management methodology is followed whilst technology and data is leveraged to drive maximum efficiencies in support of the overall business strategy.
This role will also lead the development and implementation of our workforce management tool, improved ways of working to increase efficiencies, reduce the cost of doing business, drive productivity improvements, and support Operations & Transformation business strategy.

**What do I need?**
- Experience with Active Operations Management (AOM) is essential
- Advanced skills with Microsoft office suite and reporting tools such as Excel, Power Point and Tableau
- Experience working on projects and contributing to process improvement and business transformation
- Ability to document processes and work instructions accurately
