Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Tax Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tax advice to our clients, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional tax consulting services, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and grow our client base
3. Conduct thorough research on tax laws, regulations, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
4. Collaborate with other teams, such as audit and assurance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients
5. Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues and disputes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Australian income tax law, indirect taxes, and related legislation
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality work products, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Law, with a CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
