Support the sales and administration function in the Care Community. Permanent Part Time weekend opportunity based in Bomaderry.

About the role:

Based @ Shoalhaven Place Care Community
Perm part-time, Saturday and Sunday
Ensure the sales and admissions process
Conduct tours
Proactively manage sales enquiries
Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Maximise occupancy
Support the implementation of approved marketing events
Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
Assisting with client services and general enquiries
Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
Reception and other administration duties where required
Managing team rosters and timesheets
