As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Innisfail:
This small, 57-place centre excels in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment for our children in Toddlers (15months to 2.5years), Pre-Kindy (2.5years to 4years) and Kindergarten (3.5years to 5years).
With diverse and experienced staff from Australia, India, the Philippines and the Torres Strait Islands, the centre values strong bonds between home and the centre, ensuring holistic child development through tailored care environments and culturally rich interactions.

You'll need:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
