Just Media Design (JMD) is a mid-sized, independent marketing agency. We’re a team of 25, all based in our office in the Valley. We’ve been on an exciting growth curve, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring a new senior team member into the business in this role!
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a senior-level Account Director with broad all-round experience across digital campaigns - someone who understands not just campaigns, but content. Not just ROAS, but brand building too
You’ll be working across a small group of brands in the one sector, spanning business units and product verticals. It’s a complex social ecosystem: from overseeing the creation and distribution of organic content, to managing major paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
The role will be supported by a dedicated internal team of videographers, designers, media buyers and campaign managers as well real partnership values and client-team integration.
This means working regularly in client offices with their senior leaders understanding; what their business problems are, what unique market opportunities exist, and working collectively with their marketing team to build a brief that translates well into our campaign ideation, execution and delivery.
At JMD, we don’t just push ads live - We concept, produce, and shoot content with our in-house production team. We manage campaigns end-to-end, blending brand growth, performance marketing, and high-frequency creative production. So, to thrive in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable overseeing social content production, shaping campaign strategies, and getting technical when it comes to understanding and optimising paid performance (supported by a large, capable team).
In short: You need to be as comfortable talking about engagement and audience sentiment as you are discussing ROAS targets and campaign attribution models.
The Detail:
* You’ve got years of experience running campaigns across channels, but also navigating stakeholders, whether that’s in an internal role or in an agency working directly with clients. Bonus points if you’re a good team fit and know how to get along with everyone!
* You have experience owning campaigns across the key social channels. The required amount of experience can be flexible, some platforms are older than others and we are more interested in your understanding of social ads.
* You ask the right questions and have a sound understanding of how businesses operate and make money - looking strategically at campaigns and results, diving deep to work out what will move the needle with an appreciation of holistic sustainable results not just short term wins.
* You’re comfortable (and enjoy) supporting a broader team, whether it’s reviewing accounts, giving feedback, or troubleshooting to help others improve.
* You like numbers, can appreciate and identify profitable ad sets, and also have an appreciation for long term brand building and the impact that brand has on future sales.
* You’re comfortable and want to work on the tools - While you work in a team, everyone brings their practical skill set, and you’ll be in the ads accounts, and reporting dashboards extracting insights, building out campaigns, and making optimisations.
* You’re confident in conversations, can workshop ideas in a collaborative way, and you care about the client experience.

A Typical Day:
* You’ll arrive at the office, do a standup meeting with your pod (your team of designers, performance marketers, and support resources) to map out the day ahead.
* You’ll complete your daily checks, assess topline budget allocations, ensure campaigns are all running smoothly, and flag any concerns with the team.
* You’ll jump into a call with a client to chat through current campaign performance. You drive this conversation. In this chat you’ll also share new campaign messages/ideas the team have pulled together.
* Work with your dedicated designers on potential campaign creative changes.
* Identify and recommend new campaign changes/optimisations in your Meta campaigns, confidently communicating these and gauging client feedback/receptiveness.
* Work through priorities with the team, helping everyone ensure everyone is focused on the most important pillars.
