You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Trade Marketing, ensuring that our technical roadmap is translated into compelling, market-ready stories that drive commercial success.This is a high-visibility role requiring a mix of strategic storytelling, operational excellence, and direct market engagement.**Key Responsibilities:****Product Narrative & Information Management** ● Central Knowledge Hub: Act as the \"source of truth\" for the product portfolio, managing the curation and dissemination of strategic narratives relating to NCAs digital product portfolio, operational guides, and BAU updates. ● Positioning & Messaging: In collaboration with Sales and Digital teams, develop and own the product narrative to ensure consistent market positioning across all channels. ● Stakeholder Distribution: Manage the cadence of communications to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed and aligned. **Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution** ● Launch Leadership: Support the end-to-end communication strategy for new product launches and major feature updates. ● Cross-Functional Readiness: Partner with Commercial Enablement, Sales, and Trade Marketing to ensure the business is fully equipped to sell and support new offerings from day one.**Internal Roadmap & Operations Alignment** ● Roadmap Translation: Clearly communicate the product roadmap and timelines to non-product teams (Ad Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Functions). ● Business Preparedness: Ensure all operational implications of product changes are understood and planned for across the organisation to prevent friction during rollouts. **Market Intelligence & Feedback Synthesis** ● Feedback Loops: Collaborate with Commercial Enablement Leads to gather, structure, and synthesize feedback from the sales floor and the market. ● Direct Market Engagement: \"Be in the market\" by engaging with key clients to understand their challenges, using these insights to refine strategy and roadmap materials. **Content & Success Amplification** ● Case Study Development: Proactively identify and develop impactful client success stories that demonstrate the tangible value of our digital product portfolio. ● High-Stakes Storytelling: Work directly with the Director to script and design compelling narratives for Tier 1 industry events, keynotes, and critical client engagements. ● Collateral Alignment: Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure product narratives are accurately and beautifully reflected in all market-facing materials.* You have a proven ability to turn products into \"value first\" narratives* You excel at managing stakeholders across different departments* You don't just execute, you understand the \"why\" behind a product and how it fits into the competitive landscape* You are organised and can manage a central information hub while remaining agile enough to handle fast-paced GTM launches**News Benefits**News Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
