As we continue to expand within the early childhood and SME sectors, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant who is motivated to contribute to and grow within an evolving consultancy environment.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role (three days per week) based in Sydney, NSW, with one to two days in the office and the remainder remote.The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while also contributing to client engagement and business development initiatives. Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both recruitment delivery and the continued growth of the business.Responsibilities include:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing through to placementSourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidatesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidatesSupporting business development activities and identifying new client opportunitiesConsulting with clients on recruitment strategy and workforce planningProviding market insights and talent adviceMaintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance documentationThis role offers direct mentorship from the Director and exposure to both operational recruitment and strategic business growth.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years recruitment experience (agency preferred) or strong B2B sales experienceDemonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processesStrong consulting and interviewing capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain professional client relationshipsSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience within early learning, education, or broader SME environments will be highly regarded.A tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.If you would like to learn more about this opportunity and how you could contribute to the continued growth of Elite Recruitment Services, please contact Irem Rogaris directly at irem@eliterecruitmentservices.com.au
