The Position
* Clearing tables
* Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
* Clean all public areas and back-of-house areas
* Clean and maintain washrooms, toilets and showers.
* Wash dishes and glassware
* Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
* Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions
The Person
* Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
* You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* Understanding of food safety requirements
* Ability to work under pressure
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Safety mindset
* Well-groomed and professional in appearance
