Job Description

- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with event preparations.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and follow organisational policies.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Receptionist Should Have
- Previous experience in a reception or front-desk role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
