As our Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and top-notch service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining Keystar's reputation as the most customer-centric automotive retailer in Morayfield.

• Warm Greetings: Welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain a well-presented showroom and display stock.
• Diary Management: Assist with Sales Consultant diary management, including lead allocation and follow-up coordination.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
• Customer Needs: Identify and address customers' initial needs promptly and efficiently.

• Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
• Qualified Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
