We are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Project Coordinator / Sales Planning.
About the Role
A newly established joint venture is seeking a Japanese-speaking Project Coordinator to assist with the management and operation of an exciting biofuel production project.
This project - focused on reforestation, biofuel production, and export to Japan - has gained attention from both Japanese and Australian government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage project progress and follow-up on ongoing tasks.
* Oversee the reforestation and biofuel production project in collaboration with partner companies.
* Support sales planning and external business development for products such as biofuel, animal feed, and seedlings.
* Handle general administrative duties, including documentation, data management, and scheduling.
* Liaise and communicate effectively in both English and Japanese with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide operational support to visiting team members from Japan and assist with local coordination.
Ideal Candidate
* Native English speaker with strong Japanese skills and cross-cultural understanding, or native Japanese speaker with solid English proficiency.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge between Japanese and Australian business cultures.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
* Experience in project coordination, business development, or general trading (Shosha) company preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office and other standard business tools.
