About the opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer to clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing a new MOJO home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
16. Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments
17. Support with the day-to-day operations of the display centre
18. Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
19. Handle customer enquiries so they can make informed decisions
20. Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met
21. Complete sales documentation and paperwork to a high standard and within required timeframes
About you
