What you need to do
* Write, edit and proofread engaging, informative copy for all areas of the business
* Self-manage to deliver content to stakeholders on time, to a consistently high standard and to brief
* Tailor content to deliver a best-in-class customer experience to maximise sales, conversion and digital participation
* Work collaboratively with Customer Insight and SEO teams to share knowledge and ensure all content is fully optimised
* Identify opportunities to streamline content, adapting copy for use across multiple channels and work cross functionally to improve consistency
* Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to improve and update existing content based on sound research of the market and the company content strategy

* Impeccable writing, grammar and proofreading skills
* Creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
* Articulate and concise in written and verbal communication
* Highly organised, able to manage workload, meet tight deadlines and work on multiple campaigns
* Strong commercial awareness and a keen appetite to keep up with market trends
* Ability to translate a brief into engaging, intelligent copy that is consistent with the brand tone of voice
* Able to grasp new concepts and new subject matters
* Ability to adapt writing for different audiences/channels
* Able to make decisions at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Able to work cross functionally with colleagues from other areas of the business (trading, marketing, digital) to achieve a common goal
