* Be responsible for overall management of the centre in the Director's absence.
* Implement best practices as outlined in the Goodstart Practice Guide.

* Simplify daily routines to ensure seamless transitions between activities.
* Build strong relationships with families through regular communication.
* Act as a positive role model for children, promoting a love of learning.
* Continuously improve the centre environment to meet the evolving needs of families.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and make recommendations for improvements.
