Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Delivery Manager to lead a transformative program within a complex ICT Service Centre environment. What You Will Do
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a complex, cross-functional program to uplift ICT Service Centre operations.
* Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan covering all approved phases, workstreams, and technical milestones.
* Establish and manage clear governance arrangements, including delivery cadences, reporting structures, and decision forums.
* Manage program scope, schedules, risks, and issues while ensuring sequenced delivery aligns with behavioural change and adoption.
* Facilitate the effective transition of newly delivered capabilities into business-as-usual operations with reliable progress reporting.
What You Need to Apply for This Role
* Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex ICT or service transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
* Proven ability to plan and coordinate work across technical, operational, and business teams in dependency-heavy environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at the senior executive level.
* Experience working within ICT service management or service operations environments to translate strategic intent into practical actions.
* High level of professional judgement and accountability in managing delivery trade-offs, risks, and executive-ready reporting.
