CELOTTI WORKFORCE seeks an Experienced Site Administrator to join our busy civil client with their fast-paced team based at Crestmead, QLD 4132.
To be successful in this role you must be able to hit the ground running and have a good understanding of the civil construction industry.
Duties:
* Monitor truck movements
* Assisting with contract administration, variation claims and costing
* Collaborate with the tenders and bids team reviewing and negotiating contracts
* Invoice management (receipting, purchase order creation, reconciliation, problem investigating, maintain reports such as Receipted Not Vouchered, Logged Voucher and Open Purchase Order).
* Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and supervisors
* Maintaining quality service by following organisation standards
* Working on multiple projects simultaneously
