(Pro Rata) ASO3| Ongoing Full Time Position Your Next Career Move - Administration Officer at Flinders Medical Centre Join SA Health as an Administration Officer at Flinders Medical Centre and play an essential role in supporting quality patient care through efficient administrative operations.
This full-time, ongoing position offers the opportunity to work within South Australia's largest healthcare network, providing comprehensive administrative support to clinical and management teams.

About the role: Reporting to the Research Development Manager, this role is responsible for providing a range of high-quality business, administrative and project support functions to staff within Research Hub.
Duties for the role will include: Administrative support for Executive Director, Research Strategy, Includes diary management, correspondence monitoring, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders (SALHN executive, researchers, clinicians, university affiliates, Supporting event planning and preparation activities (Research Week, Enquiry Education Series, Innovation and Research Council Meetings, and other strategic events), Assisting in arranging meeting, workshop, and seminar setup requirements (organising attendees, venues, catering), Management of email and telephone communication, meetings, minute taking and day-to-day workflow support, Support meetings with catering orders, room bookings and set up/clean up About you: Proven ability to work effectively under general direction, either independently or in a team, Ability to resolve issues, meet deadlines and effectively use work related resources and information, Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively across a multi-disciplinary environment, including the capacity to communicate collaboratively with a range of staff and customers, A high level of competency in the use of computers, word processing and office administration processes and procedures, Experience in carrying out a wide range of administrative duties Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
