About the role You will lead, develop, and manage the Queensland sales team to drive outstanding results and growth in IT recruitment and services. Identify, develop, and close profitable IT recruitment, contractor placement, and managed/professional services opportunities. Build and maintain strong C level customer relationships. Strategically position Data3 in the Queensland marketplace to maximize business opportunities. Prepare compelling sales proposals, manage contract negotiations, and deliver accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
