**National Procurement Manager**

Seeking a procurement manager for a high growth national food franchisor. The role requires the successful applicant to be a procurement specialist capable of obtaining the best product at the best prices.
**The Role**
- Obtain competitive quotations for all venue requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased
- Ensure that our locally nominated supplier information is kept current and accurate
- Adhere to quality procedures and standards and oversee purchasing administration such that all Burger Urge (BU) policies and standards are upheld
- Work with the Finance Managers to draft the annual budget for various supplies
- Liaise with Marketing, Operations, and Inventory management teams to ensure constant supply of product both new and existing.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and report on their performance
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, managers and team members
- Ongoing Quality assurance and follow through with venue and suppliers.
**What are we looking for?**
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values with:
- Previous experience in hospitality purchasing/procurement
- Financial knowledge and ability to work with budgets
- Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Accountable and resilient
- Ability to work in a complex environment.
