This might be the next challenge you are looking for! Founder is looking for a 'brand' new **Brand Manager**, based in our **Forrestdale (6112)** HQ.
The role has the opportunity to contribute positively to the following:
- Conduct market research to monitor trends in the market and key competitors initiatives so we are consistently competing in the industry.
- Organise events that showcase the company, work with other organisations to create strategic marketing partnership and opportunities.
- Differentiate the brand from competitors through unique value propositions and technological innovations.
- Highlight the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility.
- Deep dive into the challenges and opportunities of the mining, construction, and agriculture industries' specific markets, stakeholders, and events
- In addition to the general Brand Manager skills, experience and interest in the mining industry or related sectors (machinery parts, engineering) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
