Role 
Restaurant & Events Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. This role oversees daily restaurant and bar service while ensuring the seamless delivery of member events, private functions and corporate occasions. 
Responsibilities 
- Lead, roster, and support FOH staff with training and onboarding 
- Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant operations 
- Prepare, set up and execute events with confidence and attention to detail 
- Collaborate across departments to deliver excellent member and guest experiences 
- Maintain compliance with RSA and WHS requirements

- Strong background in hospitality operations 
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide casual staff 
- Professional communication and a friendly, approachable style 
- Self-motivation, adaptability and the ability to multi-task 
- Detail orientation and pride in delivering high standards
