We are seeking a charismatic and skilled individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent.
About the Role
As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our valued guests from check-in to check-out. Your role will span across various aspects of guest service, including ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and guests alike, resolving any challenges or dilemmas that may arise, and promoting hotel amenities and services to enhance the overall guest experience.

* Confident Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues to guarantee cohesive collaboration.
* Challenge Resolution: Conquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success stories.
* Promoting Hotel Amenities: Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings.
* Local Legend: Share information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems from your treasure trove of knowledge.
* Reservations and Accounts: Display proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in hotel front desk operations, an innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations, strong organisational and time management skills, and proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
